Play State.io Online by studying the number shown in each territory. That number represents how many soldiers you need to occupy it. Gray territories stay neutral and never send out their own armies. Other colored regions belong to hostile forces you must defeat.

Tap a region you already control to start your attack. Drag a line toward the area you want to occupy next. Your soldiers march automatically toward that target territory. Only a single unit stays behind to guard your base. Once an area falls under your control, it generates new soldiers.

This growing army helps you expand even faster over time. Spreading your soldiers too thin across many states weakens your defenses though. Balancing expansion with defense becomes the real challenge here.

• Select Territory - Left-click and hold your mouse on your own color-coded state.
• Attack / Reinforce - Drag your cursor from your state to a target state, then release Left-click.
• Mass Attack - Hold Left-click and drag a line across multiple friendly states, then drag to the target state.
• Upgrade Stats - Left-click on the shop icons at the bottom of the screen to boost troop rates and stats.
  

Mobile Controls

• Select Territory - Press and hold your finger directly on your own color-coded state.
• Attack / Reinforce - Slide your finger from your state to a target state, then lift your finger.
• Mass Attack - Press and drag your finger across multiple friendly states, then slide to the target state.
